If you are a new customer, we can begin sharing your information thirty (30) days from the date Gateway or its affiliates sent you the privacy policy. When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described in this notice.

You may request access to the information we collect about you by sending a written request, specifically identifying the information requested. If you believe that information is inaccurate or incomplete, you may ask us to change Personal Information that is in our possession. Your request to change your Personal Information must specify the additions, correction, or deletions that you are requesting. We will review your request to change this information and we will either make the requested change or advise you in writing as to the reasons for our decision if we do not agree to make the change. You have the right to file a concise statement with us concerning any disputed information, stating what you believe to be correct, relevant, or fair information, and why you dispute the information. Telematics: We also use driving experience data you provide through our telematics service, but only if you opt-in to the telematics services. We collect information regarding your driving information and habits.
